JP is a Founding Partner at Seed focusing on Regulatory and Advisory.

JP advises a host of local and international clients on economic advisory and financial services regulation. He is an applied economist and has advised clients spanning a number of sectors including governments and regulators. He has amassed local and international experience. He formed part of the private cabinet of the former Prime Minister of Malta and Governor of the Central Bank of Malta. He also has international policy advisory experience after having advised 9 governments on economic resilience and good governance.
A regular commentator on local media, he has participated in a number of international conferences. He is a visiting assistant lecturer at the University of Malta and the Deputy Chairperson of the Financial Services Committee in The Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
