We generally structure Venture Capital Funds as a Notified Alternative Investment Fund within a Limited Partnership structure. We can set up a fund in a number of juridisticions but Malta remains our preferred jurisdiction for various reasons including the speed and quality of its administration, the cost-efficiency of its registry, its reputation and stability.
